Most products sold by ArtSalwa qualify for free exchange or replacement within 7 days from the date your order delivered. Applicable for Singapore only.
The product must be in its original state, not tampered and in good condition. Returns other than for exchange or replacement of items will be assessed before any confirmation of refund are issued. We do not refund any freight, delivery or shipping charges.
* Take note that customers are to forward us the photo of tampered orders or any defect to qualify for the return policy.
* We are not liable for any damage caused by the 3M tapes issued.
1) There will be an additional delivery fee of $25.00 for exchange of goods. Subjected to the condition of the purchased item(s).
2) We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 7 days from the date your order.
3) We do not do cash refund for item(s) purchased.
4) It may take up to 3 days or more for us to return your item(s) for exchange.
5) The goods are your responsibility until they reach our storehouse, and you must return items at your own cost set by our own courier service to collect it from you.
6) We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in defected state.
7) Cancellation of custom designs which have already been previewed or custom frame ordered are non-refundable.
Damaged / Tampered Shipments
If you receive a delivery which is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit if your refund request is within 24 hours of placing your order. Strictly no cash refund.
