FAQ

Q: I need to run some errands & may not be in to receive the goods in time.
Can I request for special timings or for your drivers to call / sms me before the delivery?

A: Due to erratic traffic conditions as well as heavy delivery slots, we kindly request our customers not to specify timings for our drivers. You may want to inform us within 24 hours before delivery for cancellation. We will be contacting you in advance prior to delivery so that you will be reminded beforehand.


Q: I need the frames urgently! Can I pick it up myself instead?

A: We apologise for the inconvenience caused but we may be tight on schedule when priorities, such as multiple confirmed orders, need to be met .Thus, we do not do meet up or self-collection.  You may want to browse through ready-stock items that are available for express delivery.

 
Q: Do you deliver overseas?

A: We certainly do! International shipping info here.



Leadtime based on non peak period (Ramadhan, etc)

Step 1 (1 business day): Order received.
Step 2 (1 week business days):

Order processing. Carpentry and Quality checking.

Step 3 (2-3 weeks add on business day ):

Although we will endeavour to deliver your orders within the indicated timeframe, any delivery times stated or agreed or represented are based on estimation only. There may be some delay during peak hours, Hari Raya period and such.

Delivery times may be affected by a number of factors, including those outside of our control such failure of receiving customers, bad weather, and/or traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place equal importance in ensuring the safety of our drivers, and the due observance of traffic regulations.
