How long will it take to process my order?
Your order goes through few steps before reaching your door. (The estimated delivery time is quoted by the carrier and something which is beyond our control. The standard local delivery range from 2 -4 days. Deliver time frame may differ during Hari Raya, Christmas, New Year etc.). The time frame processes as following:

Step 1 (1 business day): Order received.
Step 2 (2 business days): Order processing. Carpentry and Quality checking.

Important:
There will be a surcharge of S$25.00 for Redelivery if you are not home during our scheduled time planned.

Confirm orders from week to week will be delivered on every Saturday between 10am-10pm. We encouraged our customers to be home for us to deliver the frames. Purchases below amount will be delivered through our external carrier such as NinjaVan, SF Express and others. A tracking number will be provided when it is ready to be delivered.

We will notify you in advance before proceeding to deliver your orders. Please take note that we are not able to provide special timing arrangements due to traffic conditions, delays from other customers and other issues our delivery person may face during service. Need on a certain date? Order early:)

Although we will endeavor to deliver your orders within the indicated timeframe, any delivery times stated or agreed or represented are based on estimation only. There may be some delay during peak hours, Hari Raya period and such.

Delivery times may be affected by a number of factors, including those outside of our control such failure of receiving customers, bad weather, and/or traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place equal importance in ensuring the safety of our drivers, and the due observance of traffic regulations.

Q: I need to run some errands & may not be in to receive the goods in time.
Can I request for special timings or for your drivers to call / sms me before the delivery?

A: Due to erratic traffic conditions as well as heavy delivery slots, we kindly request our customers not to specify timings for our drivers. You may want to inform us within 24 hours before delivery for cancellation.

Q: I need the frames urgently! Can I pick it up myself instead?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience caused but we may be tight on schedule when priority need to be met , we do not do meet ups, or self-collection due to our hectic scheduled confirmed orders from other customers. Do allow us to service you by delivering to your doorstep for FREE, subjected to minimum purchase of S$50.
