Production Leadtime

Our customers are very important to us and we ensure that any confirmed orders are automatically sent for printing and framing production. We have different types of designs to choose from and it is very difficult to produce stocks and store for future sales. The standard lead time for production of orders would be about 2-3 weeks, depending on your orders. Occasionally, we will expedite to only a week or two.

  • Standard delivery in Singapore 5-10 Business Days
  • International delivery will take 7-30 Business Days depending on the country.

All Local Singapore Orders are processed and delivered on every Thursday or Friday between 8pm -11pm (excluding public holidays) . While we strive to deliver on time, our timeline might be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions, traffic congestions, delay or unresponsive customers.

*Certain products which require installation such as acrylic, mirror or custom frames may require longer timeline.  Do email or contact us to find out more.

At ArtSalwa, we believe that true artistry lies in creating unique, one-of-a-kind  pieces that hold true to their essence. Our art pieces are exclusively produced whilst ensuring that our customers receive an artistic creation that is tailored to their individual taste and requirements. From the initial concept to the final stroke, each step in the production process is handled with utmost care and attention to detail.

The Time to Perfect it

We understand the significance of time in the creative process. Each stroke, layer, and detail requires careful consideration and refinement. Our production lead time is designed to provide our skilled artisans with the necessary duration to bring forth their expertise and ensure that your art piece is a true reflection of their artistic mastery.

Please Do Not Rush Us

In a world where instant gratification often takes precedence, we beckon art enthusiasts to embrace the beauty of patience. The production of an art piece is an organic process and rushing it would compromise both the vision of the artist and the quality of the final result. We implore our valued customers to understand and appreciate the time required for the creation of a masterpiece that will be cherished for years to come.
